GDC POS Replacement Hardware License
Need to replace your hardware? Here's the GDC POS license you need for your new hardware.
If your GDC POS hardware has gone through significant damage or needs replacing, you will need to purchase a Replacement Hardware License to continue the use of your GDC POS system. For both standard POS hardware and tablets, replacement hardware would need to be acquired or purchased separately. Once replacement hardware or tablet is acquired, purchasing the Replacement Hardware License will include the implementation of the GDC POS system on your new replacement hardware.
FAQ
The purchase of one GDC POS Replacement Hardware License includes the license for ONLY one POS hardware or tablet. If you are replacing multiple POS hardware or tablets, the quantity of replacement licenses purchased should match the number of POS hardware or tablets you are replacing.
For example, you are replacing two tablets and one POS hardware. You would need to purchase 3 GDC POS Replacement Hardware Licenses.
If you purchased your POS system hardware from us (ZBS POS), you will have a one year warranty for your equipment. If your damaged equipment is eligible for repair or replacement under our warranty, you do NOT need to purchase the replacement hardware license. If your damaged equipment does not fall under warranty or if you did not purchase your equipment from us (ZBS POS), then you would be required to purchase the GDC POS Replacement Hardware License.
You can purchase POS system hardware right here on our ZBS POS e-store. However tablets are not currently available for purchase on our ZBS POS e-store. While you may purchase POS system hardware from third-parties, we would not be able to provide any warranties in case of future damage.
